Service Description

Prenatal yoga addresses the specific needs of the changing body and provides support and community to those expecting. The class includes a pregnancy specific Vinyasa style flow that incorporates both effort and ease. The class begins with circle time to introduce the Moms-to-be to each other. During this time, we discuss aches or pains, any modifications for poses, or contrained poses, and alternative remedies. Expect to work the full body, breathe, connect and relax in our prenatal yoga!
