Our yin nidra class is a slower paced class with longer held passive poses to target the connective tissue in the body. It ends with yoga nidra or yogic sleep, a longer, guided, relaxing savasana. Students who practice yang style classes like vinyasa or power will benefit from the balance a yin class brings to your mind and body. This class is also great for beginner's and is wonderful for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. 80-85 degrees.
